Professor of Art, Chair of the School of Arts and Letters, University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande,
Ohio. Responsibilities: supervising and supporting full and part-time faculty in Art, Music,
Theatre, History, English, Communication, Philosophy, Hispanic Studies. Oversight of assessment,
budget, planning, recruiting, curriculum development and general academic administration. Teaching
duties include all levels of printmaking and graphic design.

Ohio. Responsibilities include teaching and advising students in the Graphic Design program
at URG, maintaining and supervising the Mac computer lab participating in departmental and
university-wide committees. Wrote the Ohio Board of Regents application for approval of new Graphic
Design Program, specified and installed equipment for new computer lab, wrote new syllabi,
course descriptions, course requirements and sequencing for new program. Coordinated guest
speakers, field trips and student activities. Expanded printmaking facilities to include
photographic screen-printing. Served as Art Department Coordinator from 2007-2011.
2004-05 Adjunct Instructor, University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, Ohio (part time).
ht one course in traditional stone and plate lithography. Purchased
stones and equipment necessary for the creation of a litho shop, invited guest artists to create
lithographs with the students, created class exchange portfolio, initiated student field trip.
2003-04 Adjunct Instructor, University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, Ohio and Ohio University, Athens
Ohio (part time).
Taught printmaking and advanced printmaking (relief, etching, polyester plate lithography,
screenprinting) at URG, and a Foundation Concepts course at OU. Initiated and supervised student
field trips, brought visiting artists to URG.

Taught lithography, computer art, advanced printmaking, graduate printmaking, print practicum,
drawing, and art appreciation. Maintained litho shop and computer lab (Mac), evaluated potential
majors and graduate students, supervised graduate assistants, ordered materials, performed academic
advising.
2000-01 Visiting Assistant Professor, Wesleyan College, Macon, Georgia (full time). Taught classes
in printmaking (intaglio, relief and monotype), computer graphic design, computer art, drawing, and
advanced 2D studio. Maintained printmaking facilities, computer lab (Mac and PC). Supervised
independent study projects, coordinated community service projects, participated in campus
community.
1998-00 Adjunct Instructor, University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, Ohio (part time). Taught classes
in printmaking (intaglio, relief and waterless lithography). Maintained printmaking facilities,
conducted teacher workshops, coordinated community outreach program in area schools, curated a
national juried printmaking exhibition. Established the university print collection.

Taught numerous courses in drawing at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Served as
teaching associate in the printmaking department, including lithography, intaglio, serigraphy,
