Techniques of good news writing designed to develop skills necessary for a reporter through in-class laboratory exercises and the Signals college newspaper. Includes experience in news writing designed to further perfect the skills necessary to write clear, concise, and accurate news stories and specialized types of news stories. Experience in recognizing, developing, and writing features and editorials. Course fee required.
