This course is a second-year course of field-based experiences at the career-­technical school supported by on-site visits by a teacher educator. On-site visits by a teacher educator will guide and evaluate novice teachers in the application of and participation in field experience, simulated exercise and portfolio development based on the Ohio Teaching Standards. The Workforce Development Teacher Competencies addressed in this course include Competency 1, Classroom Environment and Competency 3, Instruction.
