Did you always know you wanted to teach English and Fine Arts? No, she started out as an English major, then Art major. She switched her major four more times but loved English. A Professor encouraged her to get her PhD.

Where did you attend school? She attended Undergrad at Brigham Young University and California State University of Los Angeles where she played basketball. She attended Grad School in Utah.

Do you have any siblings? Yes, she has five siblings. She is the only one that took the path of Education influenced by her mother and father who hold degrees as well.

Have you had much chance to travel? She has traveled The United States and visited 47 states. Her only remaining states to visit are Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine as she smiles, and says she will get there one day!
